Smart Money Concepts made simple with a few rules, Look for quality and long lasting setups, than trade volume. This strategy is made for survival on the smallest accounts, with rare and precise setups for trading high risk management. It may be simple but it works, theres no perfect strategy, every trader loses but the important thing is to make profits

Entry rules

  1. Price must go back to an untouched/fresh Demand or Supply Zone
  2. Identify the nearest orderblock and look for a liquidity sweep on the ORDERBLOCK or the ZONE
  3. Wait for an imbalance and a price reversal signal (FVG, Breakout, Market Shift or Change of Character)
  4. For an agressive entry (ENTRY AT THE IMBALANCE) - For a conservative entry (ENTRY AT THE RETRACEMENT)
  5. The OB must be mapped out from the HTF, Supply and Demand Zones from the MTF, and Liquidity Sweeps for LTF to look for entries

Invalidation

  1. ZONE FRESHNESS RULE (if a known Supply or Demand Zone hasnt been touched twice, it is a strong zone, most likely to reflect price, If a zone has been touched more than twice, it is likely to be weaker and tend to break)
  2. A liquidity sweep is not valid, if there is no imbalance happened after the sweep candle (FVG, BAG, or an impulsive big m
  3. Before Confirming a Liquidity Sweep, make sure it had created a V shaped to confirm a strong reversal, otherwise it is invalid
  4. The HTF Run must be opposite from the LTF Run, this validates that the nearest zone as a Pro Trend Zone, and is high probability zone of reversal, but look for liquidity sweep first and a confirmation before entering

Stop loss and take profit

  1. Stop Loss must be placed just below the orderblock or zone to prevent being the liquidity sweep
  2. Take profit must be placed just right at the nearest EQH/EQL, Swing High/Low, or a Breaker Block
