FIB RETRACEMENT AND EXTESION.

I have been trading for over 7 months now and I have realised several things and mistakes. This is my first profitable strategy which has given me results over several multiple backtest sessions now. I use fib retracement , in a bullish or bearish trend market , any market , 1h for swings paired with 5m sniper entry on a rejection candle for high RR. or only 5m micro trend based entries for small 1:1 RR or sometimes 1:1.5 , works on any pair , currency pairs , gold and nasdaq , US30 and US100 especially. focusing on 1:1.2-3 gives high RR , entry on 0.618 level on a bullish and either for bearish. this strategy over 100 trades had over 55-60% win rate. With good risk management and proper entry levels on right Time can make money with this strategy.

Entry rules

  1. FIND MICRO TRND ON 5M
  2. BULLSIH OR BEARISH
  3. ONLY RED TILL GREEN OR ONLY GREEN TILL RED CANDLE WORKS BEST IN TRENDS
  4. DRAW FIB OVER THE HIGHEST REJECTION WICK TO THE LOWEST
  5. SMALL MOVEMENT REVERSAL LEVEL : 0.618
  6. BIG MOVEMENT REVERSAL LEVEL : 0.5

Stop loss and take profit

  1. 1 AND 0 FOR 1:1
  2. FOR A SLIGHT HIGH RR , AIM FOR 1:1.3 OR 1:1.2 , LEVELS ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY.
